Production Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and banking counterparties.
- Take ownership of support queries until resolution, ensuring professional communication in line with our SLA.
- Create and follow up on tickets in collaboration with product and technical teams.
- Actively monitor the platform, leveraging and improving existing log collection and alerting tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot incidents to ensure prompt system recovery.
- Perform and improve morning checks to ensure application stability and reliability before market hours.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years related experience within the financial/banking industry
- Strong clients focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and communicate efficiently with external counterparties.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting. Exposure to Linux environment.
- FIX connectivity/Knowledge is a good to have skill.
